                           About Dr. Nickie

      Dr. Nicole S Jackson, the Founders of NSJ Consulting & Coaching is a Trauma Healing Consultant and Coach who obtained her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology.


       As an adult survivor of childhood maltreatment, Dr. Jackson has made it her business and goal to assist individuals who have experienced trauma foster resilience by providing the tools needed to address past and or current traumas. The goal of Dr. Jackson’s work is to help survivors of trauma reach a level of healing and an ability to sustain healthy relationships. 


       Dr. Jackson has advocated for youth who faced mental health dispositions, which many times were the result of trauma exposure. Dr. Jackson’s passion is to help others reach their best potential and begin living their best lives.


     Dr. Jackson started her career in human services in 2001 and has 20+ years of experience working with the youth and adult populations who have faced levels and verities of trauma, which raged from child abuse to drug addiction and homelessness. Dr. Jackson’s recent focus has been on helping trauma survivors self-reflect to activate their healing and implement self-care and mindfulness practices.
