If you have ever wondered how you can realign your body on the mental, physical, and Spiritual levels. Well, you have come to the right place. Vibrations move through our bodies as they do water, causing waves and internal realignment.
What to Expect!
During this sound healing session, you will be relaxed. You will close your eyes while laying or sitting which ever feels best. Your senses will dance with the sound of crystal sing bowls and chimes.
You may feel many different results such as heat or cold, shivers, nausea, headache, relaxation, release, relief, etc. You may also feel nothing at all. No reaction is positive or negative, it purely is.
This is the time to listen to your body as it will tell you where you need the most attention for healing. This is a safe space for healing, setting of intentions, and self-care.
- Brig a Yoga mat of blanket to lay on and apillow for your head if you desier.
- You will be gudied through meditation
- Arrive with and open mind for healing.
- Lite refereshments will be provided
- There will be Q&A with Dr. Jackson.
