The Power of Self-Care is an intensive that aids individuals in practicing self-care. Those who participate in this 12-week intensive will gain the skills and tools needed to become in tune with their personal needs for physical, mental, and emotional health. We will dive deep into each participant’s needs and desires for self-care. In the course, they will unwrap the reasoning behind any hesitation to practice self-care.


 We will cover some of the myths about self-care. One of the major myths is that self-care is wrongly selfish. Participants will be coached to a new way of thinking and help alleviate the anxiety that usually accompanies the thought of taking time for self. We will build and boost self-awareness, self-confidence, self-acceptance, and self-identity.


The importance of developing a practice of self-care is many folds. However, this course focuses on the main point that if a person does not know how to care for themselves, they will struggle to focus on tasks that pertain to others. Lack of self-care leads to burns out and a lack of motivation for success. The individual may even struggle with consistency in their work and personal life. 


The participants learn how to deal with life situations that can lead to burnout and usually lead to unhealthy ways to suppress stress levels, such as drinking and other reactional activities. They learn how to set boundaries and deal with traumas they may have experienced and ones that may arise. Enhancing one’s ability to self-care ensures an ability to continuously operate at full capacity while giving their best to their work and personal life without sacrificing their mental, physical, and emotional health.

Self-care is selfish and that is more than okay.. Self-care is a huge component of your healing process. During self-care coaching, you gain tools that will help you see that putting yourself first is important and nothing else matters if you keep giving from an empty cup.
